The homeowner met with us in Inspectional Services to discuss what needs to be done to remove the tenants from living in the camper. We are working towards a date they must comply by.

Its been 34 days since you posted concerning a comply date to move out of the camper. They are still living in the camper and have been since April 2023. Has the comply date passed?

We are working with the homeowner to give them time to find alternative housing and have the tenants gone by the end of April this year. After that point if the violation is not abated, we will pursue it legally with the local court. All documentation on this matter is public record and available at the Town Hall should you wish to review it.

Our office is aware of the continued use of the camper on the property. We have spoken with the neighbor yesterday morning regarding the time they were allotted to relocate the tenants. At this time our office will be filing in Housing Court to review the case and decide on the best action to take. If there is danger to life and safety you may call the Police Department.

We have submitted a Housing Court complaint on Wednesday and now await a confirmation and hearing date. More information on that date will be available once we receive the court's response.
