There used be a tree here. But it died now the ground is covered with asphalt (concrete). I am wondering if a new tree can be planted.
I can arrange to pay the cost of planting a tree if necessary.

This spot was approved for a new tree. I would like to contribute and buy a tree, since I particularly am fond of Cherry tree and there is a gorgeous one available at Garden depart at HomeDepot. It is around 6 feet tall, beautiful deep pink Yoshino Kwansan Cherry Tree.
How can I contribute?? I will water and take great care.
They have gorgeous flowers beginning now.
