Description

At the corner/crosswalk at SE corner of South Williams and Pearl Street there is often a giant puddle... about 1-1.5 feet away from the storm drain, which is located upstream of the puddle. Can we agree the storm drain should be at the lowest point in the street? In addition, pedestrians avoid the puddle by stepping into the ROW on Pearl Street, which is dangerous. Thank you!
