Description
I know yesterday was garbage pick up day. However these garbage and recycling cans have sat at this location no less than three to four weeks. The cardboard boxes are beginning to break down and the loose contents are coming out of them. Please advise owner of property that the street is not a storage site for these items. Thanks.
