Alley at the end of my driveway constantly holds water after a rain (see photo). The impressions are caused by the City of St. Petersburg's Sanitation department's garbage truck! This has been an ongoing issue since 2014!! Workers from the City have come out periodically and filled the rut but this has proved to be a temporary fix. Please have someone come out and fill this rut properly so it doesn't continue to fill up after every single rain event!
