Description

There's a grading / levelling / drainage problem with the section of sidewalk in front of 536 Saint Louis. The picture gives an idea, but certainly doesn't show the worst it gets. After rainfall the section of sidewalk floods, which is annoying but not that big a deal. The real issue is when it gets cold and the flooded section then freezes. This becomes a large ice patch that is too much for salting / hard to clear and is danger for passers by on a popular route. I'm hoping to get it addressed before anyone has a nasty slip or fall.
