Within the last two weeks we had a street sweeper come through and clean our neighborhood which I'm very thankful for. However this time I suspect the brush was losing its bristles and unfortunately I found one in the sidewall of my tire. I have found no fewer than a dozen other bristles in the roadway. Today I learned that my tire needs to be replaced so I'm seeking how to proceed to request compensation for having the vehicle towed and the tire replaced. Total cost is approximately $460. I'll be able to provide receipts as necessary. Please advise. Thank you
