Description

This green machine in the harvard vanguard parking lot makes so much noise, I can hear it from my house a block away every morning on Kirkland st I walk by it everyday about 930am and it is loud!!! You can't even talk to the person beside you I don't know what the machine is for but I don't ever remember hearing such noises in my house before recently
