This is just STUPID! First off why is anyone complaining about this person working to IMPROVE there home?? Is it really bothering anybody that they are doing it without a permit? And how does the person complaining even know that the owner doesn't have a permit? Sounds like a stalker deal to me. I can't believe this one wasn't thrown out. People complain about anything these days, they complain about houses that are trashy and they complain when there being improved. People need to get a life, nobody has time for this senseless crap. I hope our city is smart enough to throw this one out and move on to the next one.
