PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THESE PEOPLE!!!! I reported this over a month ago with no response still! They filled their recycling dumpster with garbage!! They leave the dumpster on the curb for weeks! The city doesn't pick it up because it's full of TRASH!!! The garbage is falling out all over the driveway and blowing everywhere! Now they are piling trash bags around the dumpster too! We were better off with this house empty and bank owned not being taken care of!!

Have you had the city check to see who is occupying?If it has not been purchased and is still in reo status....who is occupying?If it isn't the owner...they need a rental license.If they don't have a lease with the reo company..they need to be out...lots of things you can do about this

Thank you! I'll check into it. The house sat abandoned for several years and we dealt with the lawn not being maintained. Now this...I don't know if you saw my other post about them parking in the yard across the sidewalk!? They are parked like that again today

Code Compliance sent a letter to the property owner on April 13, 2015. They will have seven day to clean-up the site and if not the City will have their contractor clean it up and the bill the property owner.
