This street needs torn out and redone. Sw 31st street has buckling concrete for a whole block and it's getting worse. Some asphalt has been thrown here and there but it isn't nearly enough and the concrete is not stable. I think someone from the street department needs to go look at it soon!
There have been water main breaks on this street too so it would be a great time to tear out the crappy street, replace the water lines, and put back a new street.
This is the backside of McRite retirement area so lots of cars and delivery trucks go through here.

Not McCrite, Brewster Place. Brewster Place has its loading docks off of the this street. Lots of trucks going there plus trucks cutting over from Burlingame to Topeka Boulevard.
The road is terrible and there have been numerous water main breaks so I would think it would be a good 2 for 1 repair- water line replacement then road replacement.
