Description

The sump pump from the house at this location on the corner of Blanchard and Pierce drains into the street all year. In the winter it freezes and thaws over and over and then creates huge potholes as the paving cannot withstand the constant water flow freezing and thawing. They repave the area but it never holds because the issue is the water drainage and that needs to be addressed first, then repaving. There are MULTIPLE deep potholes here, not just one.
