Why does Walmart get a pass on keeping the parking lot a complete disaster, on Tuesday January 30th 6:15 PM there was not one cart inside at Walmart, every cart was either blocking a parking spot or just put anywhere, this is an ongoing problem and I want to know why this is not being addressed, and please don't say this is the first time you have heard about this, because I will call your administration liars, this needs to be addressed asap, what are you going to do about this problem?
