I have requests a couple of years old that never got fixed. Simple things like light bulbs.

I have asked them, as well, and they use the excuse that it has to be raining for us to check this out. They don’t have the ability to measure the gradient whatesover unless it’s actively raining which is the most asinine thing I’ve heard. See 15949112.
