Description
We've had storm water/ground water drainage issue over the last year. Our lawn is retaining a significant amount of standing water on/near a Howard County storm drain (approximately 80-100 ft. away from our home). It has gotten significantly bad since the storm on 9JAN2024 and we received word that a storm drain across the street in a pool/park area near our home may or may not have collapsed. I'm unsure if this is the correct place for this. We've already consulted a plumber regarding significant amount of ground water entering our home through the sump basin on non-rainy days and they suggested we had a 'high water table.' We are also in talks with a landscaping company to take a look at the issue as well to see if we can direct the water out of our yard some how so it doesn't effect our foundation.
