Per the SeeClickFix web this is supposed to be a “system that bridges the gap between residents and the City of Medford to increase resident engagement and improve City services”
I understand that SeeClickFix is not monitored 24/7 but this issue was reported over 24 DAYS ago. My husband has submitted “3 TICKETS” to this so called “system”
Where is your staff that is supposed to “follow up to resolve the issues?”
