What is the situation with the the locks that are now on the doors of the parking garage bathrooms in the parking lot across from the library? I use them a lot when I am downtown. You need a code to open a box that produces a key. How do you get the code? Seems like this could cause some problems and more people using the library bathrooms which they're not going like either
