City of Huntsville (Huntsville Connect) assigned this issue to Huntsville Animal Services

I hope the COH Animal Control goes out and checks the welfare of these dogs.

out to the possible offender as that would be a legal violation. We need it as a reference

Keep in mind that if the proper information is not provided for a potential cruelty
situation, we will have an officer respond and patrol to see if we can spot a violation. If

They seem to have reduced the dogs to one, but the noise is no better. Continued barking and howling throughout the night disturbing sleep. It has been a month since this issue was first reported - I would like to request an update? Note: the one animal is left for hours unattended and there is garbage strewn over the yard.
