Description

The bridge railing over Fagan Creek on Owens Drive was damaged sometime last year when city crews pulled large tree limbs over the railing to prevent a bottleneck under the bridge. The broken railing now protrudes into the sidewalk area and could easily snag an unsuspecting person or child on a bike, especially after dark.
