J. 9 year old asphalt patches are crumbling; due to the peak of the cracks water accumulates on the walkway.
S. How long has this condition existed?
J. I've been a resident at 63 Hadwen Rd for almost 9 years, these were patched with asphalt after I placed a request for repair 9 years ago.
