Description
Not a pothole but this expansion joint is extremely hazardous to cyclists. Last night (4/23) it caught a cyclist ' wheel, threw him to the sidewalk. Knocked him out. He came to, was disoriented and bleeding with at least one broken tooth. Paramedics took him to the hospital. The other expansion joints are filled in but this one isnt. It's also at an angle that makes it especially treacherous. My family and I ride here daily.
