Beautiful boulder destroyed by (most likely) homeless or vagabonds, led to this, once beautiful city, by city officials who will not crack down on our massive homeless problem. Now these once beautiful landscapes are destroyed, like this boulder next to the road. Why does the city DO NOTHING?!

Đáp. Boulder on northeast corner of Golklinks and Swan, right next to all those homeless tents and trash which the city officials DO NOTHING about. You can't miss it.
