170 Main St. Needs its own dumpster for trash day, can't cover/block the entire sidewalk, is crazy after pick up with bins all over the place, a building with so many tenants needs a more optimal trash pick up option for the sake of Walkers, pedestrians, bike riders, handicapped commuters, and traffic.

Any property that would like to switch to using a dumpster for collection, will need to hire a private company for collection.
