Description

On 3/5/24, observed driver of this vehicle (MA 1225 B - tire flaps identify truck as belonging to "SelecTrucks 409A Hartford TPK Shrewsbury MA - 508-792-2500") dumping unknown particulate substances on sidewalk at intersection of Harvard St and Institute Rd. This truck parks at this location 7 days per week, apparently overnight.
