After speaking with Bill Odea, and Sammy Ocasio, who were both extremely helpful in this matter.
I am inquiring about a tree, located in the yard at 290 Neptune Ave.
The tree is heavily going across 3 separate yards. I would appreciate it if this could be addressed asap. Right now, not blooming, leaves, etc. But, 3 neighbors, myself included are fearful it will fall, and the root ball will pull up our yards. 289, 289a Winfield Avenue. And 288 Neptune Ave. Please advise. Appears the property at 290 has been vacant for awhile. Yet some windows seem to be replaced....
