A woman is living in this garage for at least the past year. It is not renovated for living in. She is a nuisance to the neighbors and there are always strange men coming and going from the garage.

Good luck. I had to deal with a neighbor doing this for 2 years and zoning did nothing. City said no evidence = no violation so take LOADS of pictures every chance you get.

I made contact with the owner of the property and the Police Community Officer. The owner states that the lady that stays at the garage (her daughter) doesn’t stay there for long periods of time. The YMCA of Topeka is working with the daughter. This way she can get the help she needs. There is NO violation to the IPMC. There is no securement needed or a sanitation issue at this time at the property.
