Trash cans illegally stored in view of street on daily basis. (Where is category "code enforcement"?) Trash cans are supposed to be hidden out of sight from street on non trash pick up days. Because city has been lacking in enforcing this people think it's allowed. Please send out notices to all residents informing it's not allowed and the fine amount. Educate people it makes neighborhood look cheap, run down, unhealthy, causes stress. No one really likes it. It is so easy for residents to put trash cans behind fences. Thank you
