Constant red light runners are dangerous and hindering traffic with gridlock. During the morning commute hours, nearly every cycle of the Left turn light from University WB (toward PA) to 101 Southbound had multiple cars that continue to enter the intersection AFTER the light has gone red. I am not talking about people who entered on yellow and got caught. Rather, 2-6 cars (from both lanes) continue to enter the intersection after we are looking at green to turn right from University EB to 101 S. It happens nearly every cycle when I am there. EPAPD or CHP or Sheriffs need to do a concentrated enforcement action there and get people to behave. A motor officer stationed prominently on the median or on the SW corner shoulder might be enough of a deterrent. But if not, please start citing them regularly.
