This pond as always leaked into our HOA entrance on 212th Ave and 212th Way. It is getting worse. When it is freezing, we have an ice slick all the way to the drain at the corner. It is unsafe.

The wood also looks to be deteriorating. This photo was taken at 10:15am on 3/16. We had very little rain 4-5 days before the 13th.
