The parking lot beside of the Kentucky Fried Chicken restaurant on Memorial Drive that is intended for Camilla William's Park has no bridge across the storm drainage ditch (Red Circle). There are handicap parking spots marked off, but no way for a wheelchair to cross to access the park. There use to be a bridge here along time ago, but it was never replaced.
