Yes! I agree! Please work on cleaning up all the debris from the Easy Mart. This entire corner is an eye sore and blights the community of good people living near by.

The owners of the vacant lot and Easy Liquor store need to be held responsible for their properties. This is by far the filthiest corner in the whole neighborhood.

The vacant lot at this intersection has been an eyesore forever. I phoned the realtor listed as the selling agent months ago, and never received a call or email back. Our neighborhood already suffers from high crime, and OPD admits blight adds to this. Fix it Now. thanks.

Agreed, but I'd like to see the city work on getting Easy Mart to clean up their own litter - and by that I mean "any litter in their vicinity". Business owners need to step up and police their sidewalks and gutters; Easy is easily (sorry) the worst in the neighborhood, but Alawdi's at West/Apgar generates huge amounts of litter for a block in each direction, and the sidewalk in front of Cafe Dejena at 40th/MLK and the adjacent hair salon on MLK is nearly always strewn with blowing trash.

The lot has finally sold so hopefully construction can begin and the vacant lot filled
