Description

Is there a way to enforce noise ordinances in this area .i live near by in a residential are and the noise level is pretty high.i expect some,since it's close to the road.but lately there has been cars speeding at 1 am with loud exhausts ,some sort truck loading past midnight and kids messing around the fence area behind the hotel behind RaceTrac.i understand if nothing can be done,but suggesting a bit of security in this neighborhood.
