My next door neighbor does not cut his grass. He had to be reported last year. It is rental property, so I do not know who
the responsible party is. It is over knee high. When it got like this last year, we saw many snakes in our yard which more than likely
originated from his. I am afraid to take my dogs out in my own back yard for fear they may be bitten.
