many potholes on 6th - next to Stormont Vail Behavioral Center, nursing home, Hummer Sports complex, natatorium, etc - all the way to intersection with MacVicar

This road is a major road and in truly terrible shape. It needs genuine work, not to just refill the same pothole for the 4th time.
