New Westminster ha assegnato questo problema a Streets Supervisor

Not sure how the developer was allowed to get away with having their trees die and nothing ever replanted. Agree that these holes with cones in them is not sufficient.

They were covered with aluminum signs that were upside down a held over the holes with twisted wire but a few weeks ago they came loose and have disappeared if they are not going to plant trees then something more permanent needs to be done
