We are ongoing a driveway expansion. Note the Z Notice in the front window regarding the expansion. The vehicle on the street will be moved back to the driveway once I finish replacing the brake lines on the vehicle to be able to move.

Just to reiterate, until the physical expansion of the driveway occurs (ie, asphalt is installed) cars cannot be parked where the blue Subaru is currently pictured (or on any other part of the lawn).

Vehicles that are on a public way without registration or in a non running state can be towed by either police or parking enforcement. They are not obligated to warn you or negotiate.
