Description
This sidewalk spot is actually at the Morgan House on Franklin. My wife took a nasty spill while walking a dog and came out of it with a knot on her chin, scraped knees, torn up hands, and bad bruising to her arm/chest area. This is unacceptable. There are other places on the same side walk where inadequate repairs were attempted. We have pictures of those too as well as all of her injuries if needed.
