It has been a month now with this very loud sound all day and night. Please fix it. Thousands of cars drive over this cover 24 hrs a day and the sound is very loud and unbearable

Any time line on this???! It's in the crosswalk between the closed 711 and Moraine St crossing Pleasant St. It's on the side of the street going East on Pleasant St. Please fix it!! It's obviously not on correctly. We hear this very loud sound thousands of times a day 24/7 with every car that goes over it

I have contacted a local news station who will be coming this week about it. Thanks for nothing
