Nuisance neighbor and debris filled yard.
2032 Dana continues to be an issue. They have begun to use their backyard as a dumping ground. Lumber, tires, mattresses, truck cap, kiddy pool filled with stagnant water litter the yard. The front porch is just as bad with trash, collected cans, and other assorted debris.
Trash can is consistently in the street, sometimes standing and sometimes laying in the street. Depends on if they have rammed it with their car. Just last week I witnessed them throwing fast food trash from their car into the street.

We first notified city officials June 2014, with no noticeable improvement.
