Vacant house, landlord has not been keeping up with the conditions.

Q. What is the nature of the problem? Please describe in detail.
A. Overgrown grass, weeds, people have been dumping trash. I have witnessed at least 2 rats in the yard and running from the house. I have witnessed multiple wildlife in the backyard. Homeless entering the property and broken glass all around the front of the walkway.
