Tenants repeatedly leaving “offerings” behind a trash can at the intersection of senate place and Newark ave. I’ve asked the man repeatedly to stop and he claims he “has to do it”. Meanwhile he walks 3 blocks from his house to attract rats and litter which ends up on the train tracks below

In the meantime, I will ask our rodent control officer, to bait the area.
