Have you asked your neighbors to see if they own the dog. I live one street over from King St and I have never seen the dog on my street or Anthony Rd etc. so more than likely the white dog probably belongs to one of your neighbors

I hate to say this but I had to get animal welfare to get a dangerous dog and they found it a home, but they did illegal dog fighting and the dog escaped from the dog fighting house and found my father's house and he died there from dog fighting injuries and animal welfare had to come get the dead dog and my father's house isn't that far from your street and someone off of Anthony Rd maybe doing illegal dog fighting and it maybe why people are playing loud boom boxes around the Anthony Rd area
