Please note: A California law was changed in 2019 and created an additional rule for police to remove vehicles, Assembly Bill 2876. This Bill does not allow for the towing/removal of vehicles off public city streets without a Community Care Taking need present. Hi there, we wanted to close the loop on your recent See Click Fix request. We’re happy to provide an update for you! Parking Enforcement responded on 4/10/24 and marked/tagged the listed vehicle. They returned on 4/18/24 and the vehicle had moved from the markings. The vehicle is currently registered and did not meet requirements under community caretaking to be legally removed from the public city street.
