The circle at the end of Sawka Circle is generally mowed and kept up by the neighbors in the surrounding area. The circle would look much nicer if some topsoil could be put down and the area reseeded. The circle currently has very little grass and mostly weeds. Is there any chance that this area can be improved so that grass can grow there again.
