Unfortunately, due to the wet conditions that are being experienced, if gravel were to be placed in the alleys, it would sink through the mud. Therefore, once the alleys dry up, staff will reassess the condition of each area based on priority (traffic volume, overall condition etc.) and begin the placement of gravel.
