You guys decided to solve some dumping issue by punishing everyone by removing the trash cans from both Shad Park and Turnstone Park entrances. Now the City has installed a doggie stuff can in the Shad Park entrance, which is GREAT! (See the photo)
Now wouldn't it be awesome if you installed the same to the Turnstone Park entrance, where the other bin was removed. (Gull&Grepe intersection; pinpointed in this post.) Thank You!

Who’s ”we”? How ”necessary” is defined?
Do I need to organize a referendum in the Nov election cycle re: which one yields more utility to the citizens: 1. $20 investment in this doggie trash can. 2. Pouring $270.000 into a ”federal lobbyist”. -If the City can only afford the second, happy to question the sanity of the City council if the first one is a no go.
