Traffic signal at Cedar Lane and Simpson Mill Road needs to be fully functional and not flashing at 6 am. It can be arduous waiting for traffic to clear on Cedar Lane before a vehicle on Simpson Mill to make a left onto Cedar Lane. Speed is rarely obeyed on that stretch. Can we have the traffic signal be operational at 5:30 am?
