Northwest corner of Carlisle bridge a person just finished injecting himself with the drug of choice, you can see the paraphernalia in front of him as he is trying to hold himself up I know you are saying that you address this area daily and you close as duplicates but this area needs a permanent solution All corners of the Carlisle bridge needs to be cleaned up I also reported afire on the northeast corner, I'm sure once they leave there they will leave the trash and garbage and human waste

The group of criminals who have been allowed to illegally occupy space in this area for many months now continue to victimize the rest of us. They have no interest in any type of social services. Sending ACS staff out mid day, mid week has proven to not be at all effective at addressing this problem.
Send police officers to enforce the laws during the evening and early morning hours.

Have ACS staff return anytime between 10pm and 6am and they will find plenty of people who are consuming illegal narcotics.

If the ACS staff were to go to this location anytime between 6pm and 8am they will find a large group of criminals who are illegally occupying space in this area consuming illegal narcotics.
Still nothing has been resolved.
