Description

Improperly fitted/loose manhole cover that is causing a VERY LOUD NOISE with every car that goes over it! 24 hours a day 7 days a week thousands of times a day! PLEASE FIX IT ASAP!!!! It's at the crosswalk in front of the Moraine St sign. If someone actually ever goes and checks you'll hear which one it is when the cars go over it
