I received complaints from 9341 and 9345 Northgate a few days ago, and from 9333 and 9337 Northgate today. All these houses have water coming off their back yards. The yards are sloped higher in the back, so water runs down towards the front. There’s a curb cut pipe discharge from 9349 that has water running along the curb, pooling in front of driveways. The residents say that they’ve never had this much water coming from the back, and suspect that the storm drain pipe from the open space area behind their properties might be clogged, causing the runoff. Could someone check this pipe?
